Designer Shoe Discount is a retail shoe liquidator. We are a no frills shoe outlet featuring major brands at minor prices. Our shoes are new and in the box unless otherwise stated. The shoes will likely have been tried on in our outlet but that will in no way affect the value of our product. If a shoe is marked as "used" that means that it was a display shoe or a returned shoe. We inspect those shoes to make sure that they are suitable for sale. ALL shoes we sell are on display in our store and have to pass customer satisfaction daily.

SHIPPING

We reserve the right to ship in a different box than the original. Sometimes the original box is not strong enough or will not meet postal codes. We mostly ship via USPS. Some items offer FREE shipping to the United States (Excluding AK, HI, and Puerto Rico). Otherwise, domestic shipping items are flat rate priced as indicated in the tables. We ship out items everyday Monday thru Friday. If you purchase an item on Friday please do not expect to receive the item until the following Thursday. For everyones sake do not bid if you are not 100% comfortable with the shipping policies.

| RETURNS

We have a fourteen day return policy. Try the shoes on and walk on A CARPETED SURFACE ONLY. We want your shoes to fit you and we want you to be happy. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label. That label is provided for free return shipping and faster return processing. Please note there is a $12 restocking fee for boots and an $8 fee for shoes. If your item featured FREE shipping and you return the item, you may be required to pay the original shipping charge that was waived. MOST IMPORTANT: If the shoes come back with wear on the soles or damaged, we absolutely do not issue a refund. Do not spend additional money on shipping if you know it will not end well. |
