Q: What is your return policy?
A: Seven days from when you recieve it. Item must be postmarked by the seventh day and shoes must not be worn. All shoes are new and they need to stay that way. The policy is designed so that you can recieve a shoe and make sure it fits properly and is up to your expectations of quality. See return policy for full details.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes for overseas, email us to find out the shipping cost for multiple shoes. We charge the actual shipping price or less.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving a cleared payment. Expect your item in one week to ten days. We have delivery confirmation is provided on all of our items so we will always be able to help confirm all dates and find any problems should they occur.
Q: What are your physical store hours?
A: Sorry, we no longer have store hours
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes through eBay, but not to all countries. Please see eBay items for international shipping terms.
Q: Where do your shoes come from, are they "fakes"?
A: Of course the are not fake, that would not be legal. We buy overstock, shelf pulls, Inventory form stores going out of business, and end of season items. Whatever we get, that's what we have.
Q: Can you find a particular shoe for me?
A: As much as we believe in customer service this is almost impossible. We, however, keep a list and sometimes we do find what you are looking for. Just don't get your hopes up.
